This is a perfectly indulgent dish made with simple ingredients.
It takes only moments to make. However saturated this is, the fats will burn off easily if you walk regularly or train…or are carrying a baby.
Watch out for the caffeine. But this is great when hosting a dinner party!
3 dstsp. Rice Milk
2 ripe Avocados
2 dstsp. Maple Syrup
2 tsp. Raw Cacao powder
2 tsp. Bee Pollen (Omit for a vegan option) or 4 tsp Cacao Nibs to serve.
Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until thoroughly smooth.
Scoop into teacups or small ramekins and serve with a sprinkling of either the bee pollen or cacao nibs.
