Arborio rice is used in risottos, a traditional baked Italian dish. These chunky white grains absorb a lot of liquid and are complimented by some interesting flavours such as lemon grass, lime leaves, dried mushrooms, Italian seasoning and Marigold bouillon. Try cooking the Arborio rice in stock and adding favourite chopped vegetables or meats and put a grating of parmesan on top.
