This delicious loaf is hand finished and freshly baked in Marshalswick, St Albans, by the Twilight Baker. Made with our organic white bread flour it’s perfect with salted butter for a lunchtime sandwich.

Most commercially produced flours contain chemicals and additives which aren’t healthy for us. However, all of the Twilight Baker’s products are made with our organic flours. The grains in these flours have been grown without weedkillers like glyphosate, which can be harmful to soil and crop health. As a result, organically farmed crops are much more resilient, present a stronger crop and contribute to a healthier environment.

At The Twilight Bakery, they also add no preservatives or additives to any of their products because, put simply, quality fresh produce doesn’t need it. This is food in its truest form.
