Our high quality Basmati rice with its sweet, nutty taste perfectly compliments the savoury flavours of curry dishes. It is so simple to cook either the brown or the white. In a little oil saute half an onion for 5 minutes, add a bay leaf, half a cinnamon stick, some crushed cardamom seeds and then the rice. Stir-fry for a minute and then add the stock in the right amount of water and cook appropriately.
