How to cook
Saute half an onion for 5 minutes in a little oil. Add a bay leaf, half a cinnamon stick, some crushed cardamom seeds and then 1/2 mug of rice. Stir-fry for another minute and then add stock in 1 1/2 mugs of water and simmer for 20 minutes.
