These small seeds are typically used in tomato dishes and salads, for which they are delicious. They also add a spicy herb flavour to fish, eggs and meat dishes. Use only a few as their flavour is strong, though if you have gout, use them all the time, as they will help disolve uric acid in your joints. Tried and tested!
