This high grade blue-green algae is rich in the vitamins and minerals our body needs for health. Chlorella has a great many consumers around the world as it is a source of the proteins we need to live. As in the case of spirulina, a small amount goes a long way. Add just one teaspoon to savoury foods such as salad dressings, soup, stews or sauces (my favourite being pasta sauce, making it a Halloween green – bwah-hah-hah).
