These small, fairly traded and organic leaves don’t taste like curry! They come from the same family of trees as the orange & lemon. They have a citrus aroma & taste, yet not the fruity flavour. For the best results fry in a little butter, ghee or oil at the beginning of the cooking period. They can be added to rice whilst it cooks, though flavours subtle fish dishes beautifully.
