Grown to fruition, these jalapeno chillies are then smoke dried and crushed. The richness of the smokey flavour adds such a depth to many dishes. I made my usual sun-dried tomato tapenade with them in and boy! what a difference to my pizzas. Have you tried Biona Spelt Pizza Bases yet? They are such a great food!
