Dill is a common European plant. Their aromatic qualities are similar to parsley, yet they have a subtle hint of alluring anise. Used in salads dill adds a refreshing, appetizing hit. They can be added to cream cheese dips, yogurt accompaniments & white sauces for fish, seafood, chicken & egg dishes, especially omelets. Broths & vegetable burgers flavour well with dill tops.
