This ubiquitous garden plant finds its way into many traditional European & Middle Eastern savoury dishes. Use in a marinade, Bolognese, grills or meat loaves. When added to pates or terrines thyme deepens the flavours. It does this to corn & potato dishes too. Use thyme in sauces such as a white sauce for fish or tapenade, in pickling & preserving olives.
