Her recipes are inspired by loved ones and their favourite ingredients. They are fresh and high quality, and not something the supermarkets can emulate.

Happy Granola, just one of the granola from Granology, was created for Granology’s bestie and her bestie is crazy about coconut. She’s recently had two beautiful babies and lockdown has been stressful (for all of us i think). I am certainly grateful for the quality ingredients and well-crafted granola Mira makes. Her frined adds coconut milk and some fresh berries! this one is really crunchy.

This granola is a mix of oats, almonds, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, sunflower oil, honey, maple syrup, cranberries with apple juice, coconut chips, desiccated coconut, cinnamon and salt. This can be eaten on its own, with yoghurt, milk, milk alternatives or even with fresh juice, scattered on ice cream, or you could even sprinkle inot desserts the options are endless.

Granology is a St.Albans Based company. Suitable for vegetarians and is dairy free.
