We choose to use free-range eggs because as well as allowing our feathery friends to enjoy some sunshine, the eggs contain higher amounts of omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin E, and beta carotene than intensely farmed chicken eggs. We also add no preservatives or additives to any of my products because put simply, quality fresh produce doesn’t need it. This is food in its truest form!
