This gluten and dairy-free loaf is packed with rich dark flavours from whole grain flours and the treacly, malty molasses. Baked to order in Marshalswick, St. Albans, its cracked crust and soft middle feels totally nutritious, wholesome and very delicious.
I choose to use free-range eggs because as well as allowing our feathery friends to enjoy some sunshine, the eggs contain higher amounts of omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin E, and beta carotene than intensely farmed chicken eggs. These added nutrients protect the brain and support the health of our brain and bones. Also, our bread contain no preservatives or additives because, put simply, quality fresh food doesn’t need it. This is food in its truest form!
