A powerful aid for health, inulin helps the body to use fats stored around our organs. It can be found in raw carrots, but just a half teaspoon per day with water, food or a smoothie will boost the system. Do not eat too much of this prebiotic. A little at a time, like with most foods, is sufficient for health.
