Jasmine has a delightful floral aroma & flavour. I use it as an addition to other herbal teas as it reduces their bitterness. Added to green tea it makes a delicious after-dinner hot drink.

How to cook
One teaspoon of flowers to each cup of boiled water, ideally at 90ºC.
