This is a combination of olives, olive oil, capers, garlic and other herbs which all work beautifully together to make an aromatic spread, dip or other condiment to any meal. It derives from Greece and is commonly eaten with bread as a spread as a lovely pick me up in the morning. It is lovely and light so leaves you wanting more.
