Using this aromatic, rich blend of dried fruits and spices will add a great depth to warming mulled wine. I prefer using honey as the sweetener though regular brown sugar is the only only other ingredients you need…oh, and a bottle of red wine too.

Cassia bark, lemon peel, orange peel, nutmeg, cloves, allspice.
How to cook
3 level tablespoons of spices & sugar or honey per bottle. Simmer on a very gentle heat for 25 minutes. Add extra sugar or fruit juice if required.
