Add this naturally bright yellow condiment spice to dishes like roasting or stir-fried meats for a spicy boost. For a mustard paste mix with water, then vinegar and oil. Adding a half teaspoon to cakes, especially those with ginger in, increases the tang factor. I’ve not yet made a successful low sugar Jamaican ginger loaf without mustard powder, and they are awesome!
