Potato starch flour is used in cookies, dumplings, noodles, thickening sauces, breads…it has a neutral flavour and a good range of nutrients.

While we do everything we can to avoid cross contamination, all Eat Wholefood branded products are packed and stored in an area with products that contain gluten. So while this product itself contains no gluten we cannot guarentee that it may not contain trace quantities of gluten.
