Organic millet flakes are a recent addition to my morning cereals. I think it’s because they’re an alkalising grain, that when I added millet flakes my porridge sits really well in my stomach.
Adding a grated apple, nuts and seeds and the nutritional health powders like maca turns my breakfast into an everyday feast.
Other grains that score high on the alkali pH you’d might to try are quinoa and buckwheat.
