Our metabolism is assuaged by acid foods in the form of wheat and processed sugars. Millet is an alkalising grain. It is used to make gluten free flour for pancakes, breads, crumble toppings. Our organic millet grain is great mixed with quinoa, adding its unique nutty flavour.

While we do everything we can to avoid cross contamination, all Eat Wholefood branded products are packed and stored in an area which has the following allergens: sesame, soya, nuts, peanuts, wheat, celery seeds and mustard.
