Porcini are so delicious in stir-fries, risottos, stews, pasta bakes, omelettes and Italian dishes – pretty much any dish where a mushroom would be a good inclusion.
The dried mushrooms need soaking in hot water before use. But reserve the water and use as stock for your dish. The flavours and aromas of porcini mushrooms are exceptional and if you love the taste of mushrooms, look no further!
