I regard puy lentils as being the most flavoursome of lentils.I eat them cooked in salads, soups and stews as well as sprouting them all year round.

How to cook
Use for lentil salads or add to stews (Or sprout.) simmer 25 mins. With 1 cup of lentils to 2 cups of water. Add a bay leaf for flavour. .
