Raw cacao nibs have all the flavour of bitter, dark chocolate, and the goodness too! They contain many minerals and vitamins and the theobromine that keeps us coming back to chocolate. The caffeine in them will even give you a buzz that will last till lunchtime.

How to cook
Add to breakfast cereals or for a pleasant, crunchy chocolate flavour or sprinkle into porridge. Can also be added to cookies or mexican moles (stews).
