Gluten free buckwheat is used for stews, soups and as a grain in its own right. There are many benefits to eating buckwheat as it is a nutritious grain containing a substance that gives cells more elasticity. Buckwheat flour is used for pancakes, in crumble toppings and stuffings. The flavour enhances vegetable dishes.
