Our red rice comes from the Camargue region in France. It takes forty minutes to cook well and is great used in salads to add colour and texture.

How to cook
Strong simmer for 30-35 mins. For extra flavour cook in vegetable or chicken stock, add dash of soy sauce and some butter to glaze. .
