Our fine sea salt is great for cooking. Use sparingly to bring out the flavours of the ingredients you use. Itts also good to put in a small bowl with another small bowl of olive oil, so that you can tear a piece of your favourite bread, dip it in the oil and then the salt. That makes for a satisfying munch whilst waiting for a meal.
