Sencha is a light, refreshing tea. Brew for only 2 minutes in water at 85§C to get it’s best flavours of summer meadows and fresh herb.

How to cook
Light and refreshing simply put one pinch per person in a teapot with 85°C water, brew for 1-3 minutes in a small cup, serve; drink and refill the pot again to allow the flavours to develop.
An important note about Allergens
