Our sun-dried tomatoes are great quality & good value. They are a full flavoured & versatile cooking ingredient. I make a delicious tomato tapenade with them. Look out for that simple recipe in the recipe pages. If you want to use them in a salad or pasta dish cover with warm water & allow soak for fifteen to twenty minutes. Use the soaking water for a dressing or to cook the pasta in. Coarsely chop the tomatoes and stir into the meal for a flavour unique to sun-dried tomatoes.

Bliss –
I love these. Being dried, as opposed to coming in a jar, they are quite salty so need adding to a dish and cooking for a little while (15 mins or so), but really can add a bit of zing to a dish. I dice them and add to soups although I’m sure there are loads of other uses waiting to be discovered.
