Spicy and warming, these whole chillies are great for those who like to experiment with the heat of chilli as you can take them out of the dish when you feel the heat you want has been reached. Alternatively, or add more when you do want to add heat.These chillies are packed from fresh and so contain maximum potency. They can be added to oil to make your own chilli oil, too.

How to cook

To make chilli oil, add chillies to a bottle of sunflower or good olive oil and leave for a week, or longer to infuse – good for spicing up salad dressings.

An important note about Allergens
