Cous cous is a baked wheat product that is eaten after steeping in hot stock for several minutes. It is really easy to prepare, adding your favourite chopped vegetable, meats, herbs, spicess to your own tastes. It is used by many cultures and there are many recipes out there. I personally like mine spiced up with baharat blend and mint.

How to cook
Place in bowl, cover with boiling water, leave for 10 mins. Or until the water is absorbed. Add your favourite chopped vegetables and spices like baharat spice blend to make a quick healthy appetising meal! .
