Our Market Stall
Find our St. Albans market stall on the famous charter market in the historical town of St. Albans every Wednesday and Saturday. We’re, near the north end of St Peters Street, on the corner of Adelaide Street directly outside the Metro Bank. If you have placed an order with us through this site for collection from the market can be collected any time.
Our market stall opening times are:
Wednesday 8am – 4pm
Saturday 8am – 4pm
(please note we may leave early in bad weather. Please contact us if you are unsure.)
How to get there
Our stall is at the top end of St Peter’s St. If you are walking from the south consider walking through the beautiful Verulamium Park (the original site of the ancient Roman town). From there you can walk up the hill and past St Alban’s Cathedral. This walk takes about 10 minutes at a reasonable pace.
St. Albans has two train stations. St. Albans City is served by trains running out of Kingscross/St Pancras to Bedford with frequent services. St. Albans City station is about a 10 minute walk down Victoria St (see map below). St Albans Abbey station is at the bottom of Holywell Hill and is about 15 minutes walk or plenty of buses. The abbey station has hourly services to Watford Junction. If you are arriving at St Albans Abbey station you may consider taking a walk through Verulameum Park about a 10 minute detour (see walking section).
St Albans is easy to reach by car being only a few miles away from the M25 and M1. Details of NCC car parks in St. Albans can be found here. However, Saturdays particularly can be very busy. A good free alternative if you don’t mind walking is to park at Westminster Lodge at the bottom of Holywell hill and enjoy the 15 minute walk through the park (see walk section).
