1. Placing an order

1.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order.

1.2 By confirming your order at the Checkout, you are offering to buy the products at the stated price and agreeing to our terms and conditions.

1.3 You will only own the goods once we have received payment in full.

1.4 Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT as appropriate. Currently we do not deliver outside of the UK.

2. Supply

2.1 While we make every effort to ensure the product stock status is correct products are subject to availability. We will refund any money already paid if we do not supply the product.

2.2 We have the right, at our discretion, to refuse to supply products ordered.

3. Delivery

3.1 Goods will normally be dispatched within 2-3 Business Days and be delivered within 4-7 Business Days.

3.2 If we expect there to be a delay in delivery, we will let you know. You will have the option to wait or to cancel the order in which case we will refund any money already paid for the unfulfilled order.

3.3 The maximum weight of an order is limited by our courier to 12.5Kg. If you want to order more than this you will have to split your order into a number of smaller orders.

3.4 You will be responsible for the goods: once delivery is made; delayed by you at delivery; or if delivery is not possible at the delivery address.

3.5 For orders returned undelivered, an additional shipping charge will be made by us if you request us to resend the order.

4. Refunds & Returns

4.1 Please check the goods on delivery and inform us without delay if goods are damaged or if there is a problem with the order. We will arrange with you for the return of the items and will either replace or refund. If goods are returned as faulty but then found there is no fault, a shipping charge may be made at our discretion to return the goods to you.

4.2 If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase and return all or part of the ordered goods, within 14 working days of delivery. To cancel the contract, you must inform us within 14 working days of the day you receive the goods from us. You can inform us by email or post or by using our contact us form. We do not refund the outward postage nor pay for the return postage if you choose to return an order. Following cancellation, goods must be returned to us in original unused condition including the goods own packaging with any seals and shrink wrap intact. We do not accept liability for the costs of return, returns damaged in transit or not received by us. For your protection, we recommend that you make sure the goods are adequately packaged and insured for their return journey. If we have not received the goods within 10 days of cancellation or if requested, we can arrange for collecting of the goods from you at your cost. We shall refund the amount of money paid by you for the goods less any costs to collect the goods within 30 days of cancellation. We do not refund any additional amount paid for special delivery service. Returns should be to Eat Wholefoods, 214c Hatfield Road, St.Albans, Herts. AL1 4LW.

5. Web Store Content

5.1 We take great care in the content of this web site. However we disclaim all warranties, express or implied as to the accuracy of information contained herein.

5.2 Images displayed are not actual size.

5.3 The colour of images displayed can vary from the true colour.

5.4 Designs and colours can vary on some products due to the production processes.

5.5 Packaging of products may vary from that shown in images.

5.6 All sizes, measurements and weights are estimate (℮) as indicated by the European Union Directive 2009/34/EC.

5.7. Details of the Goods as described in the clause below (Goods) and set out in our sales documentation including our website are subject to alteration without notice and are not a contractual offer to sell the Goods which is capable of acceptance.

6. Liability

6.2 You have the right to cancel the order if we are unable to deliver within 30 days. We will not be liable for any compensation or damages as a result of late or non-delivery.

6.3 We do not accept any responsibility for any web site not under our control which may be linked to this site.

7. Customer Information

7.1 We may hold information about you on our databases for the purposes of running our business. This information will be used only for administering your order. We will only use this information to contact you concerning promotions if you have signed up to our newsletter. Information requests should be made by using our contact us form

7.2 By placing your order you are agreeing to allow us to use your personal details for the purpose of supplying goods this may include 3rd parties involved in processing your order (courier companies etc). We do not pass customers details to 3rd parties not involved with fulfilling the customer’s order without the customer’s consent.
